    NIX & Nixplay Two (2) Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

    NIX & Nixplay digital photo frames are products designed and manufactured by Creedon Technologies here after designated by "The Company".

    The Company warrants the product hardware components ("Product") against defects in material and workmanship when used in accordance with The Company's documentation ("Documentation") for a period of two (2) years after the date of original purchase ("Manufacturer's Warranty Period") from The Company or The Company's authorized reseller. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Manufacturer's Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, The Company will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; (2) exchange the Product with a new Product or refurbished Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.

    When a Product or part is exchanged, any replacement Product becomes your property and the covered product ("Covered Product") becomes The Company's property. Parts provided by The Company in fulfilment of its warranty obligation must be used in Products for which the warranty service is claimed.

    When a refund is given, the Covered Product for which the refund is provided must be returned and becomes The Company's property. If we do not receive the Covered Product within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the replacement Product, you will be responsible for paying the full retail price of the replacement Product and a shipping and restocking fee, which may be charged to your credit card.

    These Warranty conditions are applicable for purchases made within the UK and EU Countries.

    If you purchase from any of these countries but use the frame in a different country, and require warranty service, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the country where the Product was originally purchased. We will also be unable to ship a replacement or repaired Product to any country outside of the UK and EU Countries, where it was first purchased.

    Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

    As part of Nixplay Plus, ("Nixplay Plus") Members are entitled to an Extended Warranty ("Extended Warranty") offering by Nixplay.

    The Extended Warranty will cover any one (1) of the frames paired to the Member account. This coverage is an extension of the manufacturer's limited warranty, as described above, for the remainder of its Product life (defined to be five (5) years from the date of Proof of Purchase).

    How it works:

    1.) Nixplay Plus Membership accounts are provided one (1) Extended Warranty allocation for which subscribers may designate an eligible frame.

    1. Eligible frames are defined as any frame(s) that has concluded its two (2) years manufacturer's limited warranty and has been actively paired to the Nixplay Plus Member's account within the two (2) years Manufacturer's Warranty Period. Frames that have concluded their two (2) years manufacturer's limited warranty prior to an active Nixplay Plus Membership are NOT eligible.

    2. A subscriber may have multiple eligible frames under the same subscriber account, but as part of the Nixplay Plus Membership program rules, they have only one (1) Extended Warranty allocation per Nixplay Plus Membership.

    3. Any lapses in Nixplay Plus Membership would void all Extended Warranty eligibility of any frames and any Extended Warranty allocations under that account.

    2.) To make an allocation and register a claim on a frame, contact Nixplay Customer Service at support@nixplay.com.

    3.) Extended Warranty claims may only be claimed for a designated frame. Customer Service will assist the customer in determining this by matching the customer's Nixplay Plus Membership plan, proof of frame purchase, the frame's pairing history and registered username connected to the Nixplay account.

    4.) Once this is determined, and an eligible frame is designated; the allocation is bound to the designated frame for its remaining Product life. The five (5) years Product life on the designated frame does not reset, and any further warranty claims in that period may be made on the original designated frame, even if it is a replacement, or repaired or refurbished.

    5.) When the Product life of the designated frame is reached, the allocation becomes available for designation to another eligible frame, i.e. any frame(s) that have concluded their two (2) years manufacturer's limited warranty while actively paired to the Nixplay Plus Membership's account, and still within five (5) years of its Product life.

    6.) Subscribers claiming Extended Warranty must send in the frame (the "Covered Product"), at their own cost, to The Company for assessment. This is subject to prior agreement with the Customer Service Team. If we do not receive the Covered Product within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the replacement Product, you will be responsible for paying the full retail price of the replacement Product and a shipping and restocking fee, which may be charged to your credit card.

    7.) The Company will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; (2) exchange the Product with a new Product or refurbished Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.

    8.) To validate coverage, please ensure you keep all proofs of purchases, such as sales receipts for the purchase of the Product.

    RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

    This Extended Warranty is part of the Nixplay Plus Membership. Your Nixplay Plus Membership automatically renews and you will be charged a fee until cancelled by you or us. You may cancel your Nixplay Plus Membership at any time. All sales are final and The Company will not refund any amounts paid. The Company reserve its rights to change the price or program rules at any time. At no time will you be charged without your prior knowledge and consent.

    If you purchase the Nixplay Plus Membership through an AppStore, such as Apple or Google Play, you must use the tools made available by those services to cancel your Nixplay Plus Membership.

    EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

    The Company will have no warranty obligation with respect to the following circumstances ("Exclusions") ("Ineligible Products"): (i) a Product that has no defects in materials or workmanship, (ii) Products with defects that are not reproducible by The Company, (iii) Products marked as 'sample' or sold 'AS IS',

    (iv) Products whose serial number has been defaced or removed or receipts that are found to have been tampered or modified, or (v) Products that have been subject to: (a) any modifications, alterations, repair, or servicing by any party other than The Company or The Company's authorized representatives; (b) handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the applicable Documentation; (c) abuse, negligence, neglect, burglary, theft, accidents or misuse, failure caused by a voltage converter and/or applying incorrect voltage to the Product; (d) any breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network; (e) normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains; (f) cosmetic damage to the Products , including but not limited to scratches and dents that do not otherwise affect the functionality of the Product; or (g) any Acts of God, including fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, hurricane, excessive snow, lightning, riot, insurrection, act of war or other disasters. Benefits under this Extended Warranty are non-transferrable or assignable to any other third parties.

    Ventilation policy:

    The slots and openings on the frame are provided for necessary ventilation. To ensure reliable operation and to protect it from overheating, these slots and openings must never be blocked or covered. If the frame is to be Wall-Mounted, please leave a gap between the speaker area and the wall, ensuring the room is adequately ventilated.

    WARNING: There is a risk of hardware damage. Never place the digital photo frame in a confined space, such as a bookcase or built-in cabinet, unless proper ventilation is provided. Failure to do this, and subsequent damage to the frame will void your warranty.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the warranty coverages will not, under any circumstances, whether incidental, consequential or punitive, extend to any loss or injury to a person or loss or damage to property or any direct or indirect loss and damages including but not limited to losses incurred due to any delay in rendering service, or any loss of business, profits, revenue or anticipated savings.

    All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty period. The Company disclaims all other expressed or implied warranties or conditions.

    For consumers in jurisdictions who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies provided under such laws and regulations, some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.

    Please access and review the online help resources referred to in the Documentation accompanying this hardware Product before requesting warranty service. If the Product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact our representatives at support@nixplay.com.

    Multi-shipping FAQ

    When and where will I see the multi-shipping option during my order journey?

    When more than one (1) digital photo frame is added to cart, a checkbox will appear on the cart slider/cart page.

    This option will allow you to order 2 or more frames and send them to different locations at the same time through the same checkout experience without having to enter different shipping addresses one by one.

    The multi-shipping option is not showing up / greyed out. Why is that?

    This can happen due to 3 reasons:

    • When only one (1) digital photo frame is added to cart.
    • When a print store product is added to cart. Please note print products are not supported for delivery through multi-shipping and need to be ordered separately.
    • When Nixplay Plus subscription is added to cart together with more than one (1) digital photo frame.
    • At this step, the multi-shipping option will show as “Not applicable - Learn More”. To avoid this:

      • Simply purchase the Nixplay Plus subscription separately first and activate your account.
      • Next login to your account directly at Nixplay store and enjoy 25% off the digital photo frames and you will notice the multi-shipping option is now available.

    Why can’t I order both the Nixplay Plus subscription and use multi-shipping option at the same time?

    This is because the multi-shipping option cannot recognize subscription-based products and therefore the Nixplay Plus subscription needs to be ordered separately.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Rest assure, our engineers are working hard to find a solution and make this a 1 step journey. In the meantime, please follow the steps shared above to place your order while using the multi-shipping option.
